Diet and macros

Plan the day, add meals and track macros in real time.

The Diet tab shows the day's targets and what you've already consumed, organized by meals. It's where you build and adjust your meal plan.

Structure of the day

The day is split into meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks — and into the custom slots you create in your profile (for example, "pre-workout"). Each meal sums its foods and contributes to the daily total.

Adding a meal

  1. Open the Diet tab.
  2. Choose the meal and tap +.
  3. Search for the food, scan the barcode or use a photo.
  4. Adjust the quantity — macros update in real time.

Exact targets

Protein, carb, fat and water targets come from your profile and goal. The app shows progress for each and warns you when you approach or exceed a target.

Creating a diet plan

You can create a plan manually or generate it with AI. In assisted mode, MacroAI uses your quiz and context to propose meals that fit your targets, with values deterministically rebalanced to hit the goals (within a controlled margin). See the MacroAI guide.

Targets and plans can be edited manually at any time — the AI respects the values you set.
